1. Delivery Timeline

Total delivery time is calculated by adding Production (Handling) Time to Transit (Shipping) Time.

  • Business Days: Monday – Friday (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM MT).
  • Order Cut-off: 5:00 PM MT. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated in USD based on your order subtotal:

  • Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $5.99 for all orders under $100.
  • Free Shipping: Applicable to all orders over $100.

3. Carriers & Fulfillment

To ensure the most efficient delivery, we utilize a distributed network of fulfillment centers. Your order may ship from the U.S. or from one of our international partners depending on product availability and your location.

4. Order Tracking

5. Potential Delays

While we aim for consistent delivery, external factors such as weather, customs inspections, or high-volume seasons may cause occasional delays.

Important Note: In rare instances, shipping may extend to 20–25 business days. We kindly ask that you wait for this window to pass before contacting support regarding a late delivery. If your package has not arrived after 25 business days, we will take immediate action to assist you.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • Single Destination: We only support one shipping address per order.
  • PO Boxes: Supported within the U.S. via USPS.
  • APO/FPO: Delivery is not guaranteed as not all partner carriers support these locations.

7. Taxes, Duties & VAT

For international orders, NBA Fan Essentials does not collect duties or VAT at checkout. All import fees, taxes, and customs charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Please consult your local customs office for specific rates.
