1. Order Cancellations

We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase.

  • After 12 hours: Cancellations are no longer available as the order will have entered the processing phase.

2. Returns & Replacements

We want your gear to arrive exactly as expected. Please double-check all product details and sizing charts before submitting your order.

Eligibility for Claims

NBA Fan Essentials maintains a limited return policy. We provide replacements or refunds only for items that are defective or incorrect due to our error, including:

  • Incorrect Specifications: Size or capacity differs from your order details.
  • Design Errors: The print or design differs significantly from the product page.
  • Damaged Goods: Items arriving with peeling prints, dented tumblers, broken lids, or cracks.
  • Wrong Style: You received a different product type (e.g., a mug instead of a tumbler).

Note: Except for the specific errors listed above, we cannot accommodate returns or refunds for “change of mind” or customer errors in selection.

How to File a Claim

If your order is damaged or incorrect, please email us at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery. To expedite the process, please include:

  1. Your Order Number.
  2. Clear photos documenting the defect, damage, or the incorrect item received.

Resolution

Once the issue is verified, we will offer you:

  • A free replacement sent with priority processing, or
  • A full refund to your original payment method.

In most cases, you do not need to ship the defective item back to us.

3. Refunds

Refunds are credited back to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).

  • Approval: We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund after reviewing your photos/videos.
  • Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 1–5 business days.
  • Bank Processing: Please allow an additional 3–7 business days for your financial institution to post the funds to your account.

Note: Requests received on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

4. Exchanges

Because our products are custom-made, we do not offer traditional exchanges. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please follow the Returns & Replacements process outlined in Section 2. We will send the correct item at no additional cost to you.
